John McCaskill

About the Artist

John McCaskill is an award-winning artist, master printmaker, educator, and design consultant based in St. Pete Beach, Florida. His layered mixed-media works draw from a lifetime of creative exploration, combining traditional printmaking with painting, appliqué, and contemporary design. Educated at the University of California, the San Francisco Art Institute, and the University of Nevada, McCaskill also taught at the Honolulu Museum of Art School. His work is included in public, private, and international collections, with notable acquisitions by the State of Hawaii and several prominent corporate entities. Working from Studio Jomac, he draws on wayfaring traditions, the natural world, and the spirit of discovery shaped by his lifelong journeys.
